There was a prolonged period in my life where I was unable to drink beer due to a medical condition. The inability to do this was made even more difficult because I am a beer enthusiast and avid home brewer. I was finally cleared to once again partake in trying new and exciting beers from all over the world. I began to document the beers I was drinking through a long term Iphone photography series that captures the visual mood of the experience. It is a significant series to me personally, and represents my journey since recovering from illness. The images are intended to prompt close inspection and personal interpretation. These images are in no way edited using software and are created using only the flash from my phone.
